Gorgeous strapless silk party dress with gold trim (with colourful sequin detail) around bodice and amazing bow and ruffle detail at back of skirt. Tight fit to the bodice which is lightly boned for great structure. Gently gathered waist gives the skirt a slightly full look.

Falls just below the knee for a perfect lady like silouhette. We adore this little frock!

Zips at back. Comes with handmade peacock feather brooch.

Stunning Asian silk maxi dress with lace and sequin panel across top of bodice. Classic 1960's rolled neckline and butterfly bell sleeves. This dress is fitted through the bust and over the waist and hips. It zips at the back and secures with a line of matching silk buttons up to the nape.

A beautiful, feminine dress which can be dressed up for a formal event on worn casually with ballet flats or leather sandals.

Love Struck Juliet Silk Evening Gown

We are unsure of the era of this beautiful 2 piece frock. The first layer is gathered from the top of the bodice and is a stunning blue asian silk that has an Asian floral design embossed over it from the hips down.

The top part is a delicate white cotton singlet style. This layer ties up at the back of the shoulders and is left open to shown the white cotton underlay.

This underlay has an extra layer of gauze which gives the dress a beautiful, full effect.

A truly stunning dress. Can be belted at the waist for a more defined look

Sublime black & silver vintage mini dress with silver lame' trim (with a fabulous snake skin pattern) and black embossed linen bodice.

This short cocktail frock is one of our absolute faves here at Bowerbird. Never mind that the 80's are so hot right now, this dress just oozes LBD sexiness!

Fitted black linen bodice with silver trim around the neckline that spills into the most fabulous cross over detail at the back (see images below). A-symmetrical silver lame' fabric falls from hips. Beautifully made and so flattering.

Fantastic Chanel style vintage prom dress in black. This gorgeous frock has a fitted bodice with three flowers down the left side. It has a peak style waist line and long line peplum overlay skirt. The second layer of the skirt is tulle and the final layer is black and slightly longer again. This is a stand out dress. Vamp it up with your highest studded black pumps for a hot contemporary look!

Glamorous and lots of fun!

This 1980's vintage party dress has a fantastic brightly coloured floral bodice in a lovely soft semi-sheer polyester silk fabric that is gently rushed and fitted down to the waist. The bodice is also boned at the front and sides for support and comfort. The skirt has layers of red and pink semi sheer chiffon and a net underlay to give it volume. Falls above the knee. We adore this little frock. The perfect dress for the party season.

Knockout late 1970's strapless evening gown with gold lame' & black tiger print bodice and unusual vertical teired hankerchief peice skirt in a floaty sheer black cotton fabric. The tiers taper from wide at the hips and smaller at the hemline for a gorgeous full effect. Black bow at hip. The bodice is fitted and boned for structure. Fully lined.
